马赛商学院（原名为马赛-普罗旺斯高等商学院Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, Marseille-Provence）成立于1872年，是法国历史上第一所商学院。他所隶属的马赛-普罗旺斯工商会，由法皇亨利四世于1599年创建，是世界上最早的工商会。经过近一个半世纪的发展，现在的马赛商学院已经是法国商学院集团（Groupe ESC）中耀眼的一颗明珠，在国际合作和金融、物流等方向的教研水平更是处于全法国乃至整个欧洲的领先地位。在原格勒诺布尔商学院校长Jean-Paul LEONARDI的带领下，马赛商学院更是取得了快速的发展。根据法国著名杂志《挑战》2002年的统计，马赛商学院在法国诸多商学院中名列第16；而在《视点》杂志2003年11月的排名中，已经上升到第10，而且在毕业生就业前景单项排名中更是高居第5。
2003年，学校决定更名“欧洲地中海”马赛管理学院（Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management）。更名不仅是学校实力不断提升的表现，更体现了学校致力于“与每位学生共勉”的壮志雄心（A new ambition to share）：立足马赛，辐射整个欧洲及地中海地区，以国际化的眼光不断进取。
马赛商学院非常重视和中国的合作发展，不仅先后和广州外国语大学、上海交通大学建立了合作关系，还在上海、北京分别建立了代表处，帮助有志赴法深造的中国学生实现梦想……

In 1872, the Chambre de Commerce et Industrie Marseille-Provence (CCIMP), created what is today the Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management, establishing the first (hence, the oldest) graduate business school in France. Euromed Marseille is one of the top ten French business schools. The full time and part-time MBA is ranked 5th and 8th respectively in France. It positions itself as a Euro-Mediterranean institution providing higher education in management in which the concepts of diversity and sustainable development play key roles. Euromed Marseille's Executive Board of Directors (which includes CEOs of major international companies) participates actively in the life of the School and is fully involved in its' strategic development. It links the School's pedagogy directly with the present and future needs of multi-national companies.
Located in Marseille, France's second largest city, bordering the Mediterranean Sea, Euromed Marseille hosts over 2,500 students each year, of which 70% are pursuing master degrees. With 58 full-time professors, 75 visiting foreign professors and 550 external lecturers and professionals, the faculty at Euromed Marseille brings together academic expertise and an international understanding of the business world.
